Coconut Shrimp Island - Sam Pilafian & Patrick Sheridan

Coconut Shrimp Island is a piece by Sam Pilafian and Patrick Sheridan that was written for the Hendrix Junior High Schools's 25th Anniversary and the Hendrix Concert Band's performance at the 2010 Music For All National Festival. The piece is a story in sound of a walk down the beach of a tropical island. Our island has a tempo and rhythms associated with the hottest time of the afternoon. Time to go to the beach!
